Excellent shaded pooch park in the city right on the river. Plenty of doggie pools to keep em cool, obstacles for them to navigate and benches and picnic tables for you to relax while they wear themselves out… nicely shaded and the whole park is very well kept with many outdoor activities in and around it.
Great park spacious so ur babies can run freely and in a safe environment. Owners should be more responsible cleaning up behind their pups but overall great area.
The absolute hands down best dog park in Little Rock year round. People and their dogs are friendly, plenty of room to run and play off the leash, a walking path for the 2 leggers, plenty of shade, and plenty of water. Always a pleasant trip.

I am used to several good dog parks in the PNW so my view may be skewed. The dogs are friendly, some overso. It was hard to tell what dog belonged to which person. There was poo quite a few places but also no bags in the bag holders, so…
It is a huge park with a circular paved walking area, some benches, and a couple of tables. It is winter, so I may have come at the worst season but it was wet and muddy.
Mostly large dogs with owners who do not recall. My small dog did not enjoy it and wanted to leave shortly after arriving, which is not like him when we have visited other parks.
There is a public restroom where you turn off the main park road, while driving to the parking lot.
We probably won’t be back until the weather is better.
Make sure to bring your own poobags.
It is a great park to take your fur babies. Just make sure to lock your car! It’s not a sketchy place, but I watched someone open my car door and get in it. The LRPD was quick to apprehend them.
