Good birding here with varied habitat; wetlands and shrubby areas along Jimmy Stream and woods on the other side of the dirt road, with areas of disturbed woods with lots of invasive and a nice stretch of beautiful old pine forest. There are two roadside parking areas along Gustin Road. Trails are surrounded by residential areas so it was never really quiet, maybe because we were there on a weekend.

Warning! Google maps had us turn off 197 onto Ferrin Lane and then Finley Lane which was a rutted and bumpy dirt road that ended at a keep out sign. Make sure you follow the directions on the Kennebe Land Trust website!
