Jim was awesome at check-in & the room is nice & clean. Got a little bench out front, a little room next door with ice maker & scoop, washer & dryer. Pet friendly, not too expensive for that. Restaurants & Walmart in walking distance.
I would definitely recommend. Got a good price on Expedia.

Great little place to stay for the night! Close to a few food places (that the front desk recommended) and reasonable accommodations.

Unfortunately, there are not many options in the town of Lincoln, Maine, for a traveler. Was a little verbal argument outside late one night, it didn’t last long at all, but some guy claiming to be the property management started banging on my neighbors door really loud and and yelling and cussing about it. (Without his shirt on) all while myself, and I’m assuming others were trying to sleep. It was very unprofessional and annoying. Also, room service was lacking.

I chose this motel for the proximity to my daughter’s home; we were visiting from NY state.
The decor was nice but the mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, the pillows just flat foam. The carpeting is old and funky and feel very damp.
Our room was very quiet being the last one at the back, but ther were only three other cars in the parking lot.
Cigarette butts were all over the ground and a dirty fire pit filled with booze bottles and more cigarette butts was over by a small stream filled with garbage.
