Our dog LOVES this daycare/kennel. They treat him wonderfully. He never gives us a glance goodbye when we drop him off. He happily trots away. Can’t ask for better service for your beloved pet!
Uptown Hounds Staff is unmatched. The entire facility is clean extremely tentative by staff. Animals are well taken care of . Staff is extremely polite and very courteous. I felt comfortable leaving my dog Teddy knowing he was in good hands! Thanks UpTown Hounds u guys ROCK! I want to say a special thanks to The groomer Margie whom my dog is familiar with who got his groom cut/ bath EXACTLY how we wanted it to be. Thank U again
We have been loyal customers for 4 years, and our Aussie always returned clean and nicely trimmed. However, our recent visit was rather disappointing. We requested our usual: a bath and trim, but instead our dog was SHAVED. This is concerning because shaving double-coated breeds like Australian Shepherds can cause issues with coat regrowth, skin irritation, loss of temperature regulation in the summer and winter, increased chance of sunburn, etc. When we raised our concerns, the manager stated it was due to a new groomer, and no responsibility was taken. We had hoped for understanding, an apology, and a plan to help with the coat regrowth, but instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. This level of customer service and lack of accountability is not acceptable, and we will be seeking a different groomer in the future.

My doggies had the best time at uptown hounds! With a busy job, I love being able to text them to set up appointments and that they have early drop off hours. They took such good care of my husky and dachshund!
