It’s one of the parks that dries quickly because of the way the Sun hits the land. It wasn’t too muddy

Lovely but busy (a good thing) playground. All the kids that came & went were well behaved & respectable towards the adult who was with them & with other people there. There was no fighting or arguing. The kids were kind & took turns. My daughter & two grandson’s ages 1 & 2 had so much fun. It’s located in a great neighborhood that has well-kept houses.

I enjoyed it with my dog for a quick stop. Fencing was secure and parking was super easy. The walking path around the park was nice though it was not the cleanest or best smelling smelling I’ve been to. Seating and bowls for her to drink out of were nice to have though. It is just secluded enough while still being very accessable.
