A cute small park where they had a few picnic tables for us to eat across the way from the memorial across the street (Its all part of one park I think but I may be mistaken). Only saw the dog park from afar but it was a nice size for a city area! Recommend for sure. Lots of these reviews have mentioned low income or unhoused people “milling about” the park but I would like to remind people that parks are for everyone even if they are not as well dressed or wealthy as you think people should be. If you have a problem seeing people in poverty enjoying a park then maybe you should do something in your community to help people. I know some people don’t like being reminded that there are those less fortunate than them but that is reality- people with no houses have to be somewhere & they can’t always hide in back alleys so YOU don’t have to LOOK at them. Get it together y’all & just enjoy a park alongside other human people without judgement.

I visit Lexington Public Library, on my way to Phoenix Park. I’m from Bell County KY. I could have a daily business with Enix Jewelry Middlesboro KY. This Park here is a memorial. I hope someday Enix will be my memorial. To me a Library is for direction and a map for information travailing.

This is a nice downtown park, but sadly there are a lot of homeless and that makes it an unpleasant spot to hang around.

Nice scenic water background. Located outside the Central library, overlooking the vigorous building of the new Town Center. I liked the hum drum of a fast paced city all around. Plenty of folks to talk to. Good dog park. Not to mention Panera bread right there. The undesirable transients are like litter scattered obverse the lawn. A blight to a magnificent jump off of downtowns true reverie!
