Eagle Scout Dog Park offers a large, open space in Lewiston, ID, designed for dogs to run and socialize off-leash. Located on 6th St, the park features two separately fenced areas so you can choose the best environment for your dog based on size or activity level. With plenty of room to throw a ball and let your dog run free, it’s a favorite for local pet owners seeking a safe, off-leash dog park in Lewiston, Idaho.
While the park is primarily dirt and gravel, there is a covered seating area where owners can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of the Lewiston area. Benches are provided for comfort, and the large fenced spaces offer peace of mind, especially for those concerned about dog size differences. Eagle Scout Dog Park is an asset to the community for those seeking a secure, open space for their pets – just be prepared for a bit of dust or mud on wet days!
This isn’t a pretty windy location. But it’s nice enough place to let your dog run. Has a little covered area sit down and take a break. It also has a couple dances outside the gate. Two large fenced-in areas plenty of room to let the dog run and play fetch. Overall a very nice addition to our community
Just dirt. But we love the view and the dogs love to run around and meet friends!
Maybe it was nice at one time, but now it’s just bare dirt and gravel with a chain link fence.
Overall its a nice large dog park with two fenced in areas. Only downside is it is completely mud/dirt so your dogs will get extremely dirty.
Off to a great start. The nuclear-blast appearance of the soil forced me to wonder what industrial sterilants were used to keep the weeds at bay – what are the dogs picking up on their feet? – but it is great to have two acres for the mutts to tear around on. It would be great to see a partnership with the extension agency for some xeriscaping, and maybe some buffalo grass seed planted. There are two separately fenced areas, so if the dogs in one section look a bit too big for yours, it is a trivial matter to simply choose the other area. Benches are present on-site as well.
