A beautiful and quiet beach. I enjoyed walking here at sunset. Leave no trace, please, so everyone can continue to enjoy this wonderful area.

Found this place on Google maps while looking at the route for the tunnel of Trees. I figured it would be a nice place to stop after that drive. Once we exited the tunnel of Trees everything opened up and we were given some excellent views of lake Michigan! There was no actual parking available so we pulled over, parked and made our way down to the beach. The beach was huge and I’d assume you could easily walk for at least a mile and a half while only seeing a handful of other people! We stayed for a bout a hour and rock hunted, played in the water and enjoyed the view! It’s a great stop if you plan on visiting the tunnel of Trees or if you just want to see how far north you can get! Only downside is there are no public bathrooms of any sort so take care of business prior to going!

Not far from Lake Michigan is Lark’s Lake. Here is where you must eat at Moose Jaw Junction! Excellent Food, Service and Atmosphere.

The beach is nice, the views are beautiful. Parking is a bit hard to find at times and there aren’t a lot or entrances to the beach. There are all no other amenities along the beach.
