Awful facility. No towels, sauna never works, bowling alley employee are rude, and eventhough your card is in DEERS, they want you to fill out paperwork to have after-hours (more like not paying people to save a buck) access to the place. The parking lot has massive pot holes as well.
Great place to fetch out of the cold and enjoy some family fun!
Had my son’s birthday party here. It was roller skating themed and everyone skated for about an hour and a half then we did cake and presents. Goodie bags for the other kids. Good place to have a party for a child.
My family visited here on Sunday, February 27, 2022. I ordered tickets online and because of Covid; there were only 50 slots that were allowed for capacity limits. Boy; was I deceived! We were 1st to be in line. My family stayed 45 minutes because there were literally 200+ people there! (And that is the 1st problem!) And when confronted to staff about this; I was told that the website was never updated.Problem#2: there was so much caked up dirt on the rink that people were tripping over it and falling! The staff never bothered to clean the rink before usage.Problem #3: the floor of the rink is so old that it is coming up in places and there is uneven dips in the rink while roller skating. It was a total safety hazard to the roller skaters.Problem #4: there is only 1 tiny door opening for the skaters to enter and exit the rink floor to the sitting area. People were literally falling over each other!Problem #5: was the seating. There was very minimal seating to accommodate so many people. There were only a few benches.Problem #6: many of the rental skates were completely broken and falling apart at the seams. My son’s skates had to be returned 3x!Problem #7: the building smelled horrid and no joke had mold in the ceiling!We will most definitely NOT be going back!!! Very disappointed! My family was looking forward to a fun family event that was unsafe to the patrons. The fire department should have been called for capacity limits!!!
They don’t follow their own mask requirements. County policy says that masks are not required for strenuous activity. Roller blading is. My kids wore masks until they got into the rink to skate. Then took them down below their nose. They didn’t even finish one lap before the mask Nazis that work there berated them to put their masks on. But the people working there walked around the entire time with their masks below their noses. What hypocrites!!!!!
