Well… I’ve always enjoyed riding here. But. Correct me if I’m wrong. It’s called Zack’s Fork MOUNTAIN BIKE trail? Today there was a family hiking on the trail, with 2 dogs that weren’t on leashes and the people had almost zero control of their dogs. Nor did they seem to care about controlling the dogs.

Such a great place for any cycling families. The trails are as easy for the beginner, but have features to make it fun for regular riders. They even have a rad gravity park area for those who like to get a little airtime!

I had a blast, a few of the features could use some TLC – a few boards missing from them making them un-rideable but it looked like an easy fix but getting someone out there to do it.
The berms are a little worn out as well, but not awful.
The jump line was sweet, The Logness monster was really fun! I highly recommend going here, amazing trails.

This is an excellent mountain bike or hiking trail for those looking for more strenuous activity. The tiny bridges and wood planks to ride across were very fun. However I would not recommend taking the very young, elderly or disabled on this trail unless they are in very good health. Other reviews mention this trail as flat: it is absolutely not. It is steep and winding, like any other mountain bike trail and if you need help there is no shortcut back off the trail. It could use a bit more signage; I got a little turned around on my first hike and had to use my GPS.

Overall excellent and well maintained beginners as well as intermediate mountain bike trail. About 3 miles of trail that has some great loops and jumps, but also ties into the Lenoir Greenway for an even longer adventure. Highly recommend a visit!
