I was a first time visitor to Rachel Trois Memorial Park in Leesport on Sunday June 30, 2019. The park has some basketball courts, a few picnic tables and a children’s play area. The park is located in a residential neighborhood and parking is available on the street adjacent to the park. I don’t have a clue to who Rachel Thois because I did not locate a sign. The park is operated by the Borough of Leesport and it is closed at sundown. Rachel Trois Memorial Park has strict rules like no bicycles, alcohol, animals, and no private parties are allowed.
