Living here has been extremely frustrating, and management has done little to address ongoing problems. The fire alarm goes off for the entire building at least once a month, often multiple times. Even the fire department has left before the alarm was silenced, which shows how poorly the situation is handled. With a newborn at home, being woken up by these constant alarms is incredibly stressful. For NULL,750 a month, the quality of living is far below what it should be. Parking is a nightmare — residents take reserved spots, cars are frequently blocked in, and nothing is enforced. Mail is often delivered to the wrong building, adding to the frustration.Overall, management has not taken responsibility or provided solutions for these repeated issues. I cannot wait until my lease is up. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. They advertise these as “luxury apartments,” but the only thing luxury here is the rent.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. North Cornwall Commons Apartments looks nice from the outside, but that’s where the positives end. The management is unresponsive, rude, and clearly more interested in collecting rent than addressing tenant concerns. Maintenance requests take forever—if they’re even acknowledged—and when they finally show up, it’s a band-aid fix at best. All they want is their paycheck while they sit on their butts in the office, doing absolutely nothing to actually help residents. The walls are paper thin; you’ll hear your neighbors sneeze, argue, and run their washing machine at all hours. And if you’ve been missing your college party days, you’re in luck—because nothing says “home sweet home” like people blasting music on a Tuesday night at midnight. The “luxury” amenities are a joke—half the time they’re broken.Parking is a nightmare and the rent is outrageously high for what you get. If you value peace, cleanliness, and basic respect as a tenant, avoid this place at all costs. I deeply regret signing my lease here, and I cannot wait to move out.Oh and even if you think your apartment was cleaner then when you first moved in think again. They will end up charging you thousands of dollars for absolutely no reason. Had to pay NULL for a glass stove repair because of a little scratch. Even each of my neighbors could not be more excited to move out of this hell hole. When you move in pay attention to how many people are moving out before you make the worst decision of your life. Shame on anyone who works for this company. Absolute joke.

Every time I leave a review of this terrible place, it gets taken down. I’ve moved out of there two years ago and will continue to repost my statement until everyone realizes how awful it is there. I would be a happy man to see this whole area go bankrupt. Most greedy leasing agency I’ve ever seen. There’s more rules than a prison. Not quite sure if they can legally send a drug dog through everyone’s room to look for marijuana, especially if it’s medicinal. They sent out emails that threatened the tenants to straighten up or get thrown out. I paid my rent on time every month, never made an issue for them, always cleaned up my area and followed the rules and yet, when I moved out, they still kept half of my security deposit for needing to deep clean even though I spent three days making it look like the day I moved in. They don’t follow through with work orders. The rent is ridiculous for the broom closet sized areas they give you. They might tell you it’s a prime location but let’s face the facts. It’s in the middle of Lebanon city. Not a prime location at all. This isn’t Malibu we’re talking about. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this location. You will only lose a lot of money and not have any peace.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. They cheated me out of over NULL of my security deposit. So if you rent here, be prepared to lose your money to pay for things they are REQUIRED to do before a new tenant moves in. I spent two days deep cleaning my apartment prior to moving out, yet they still charged me NULL for a professional cleaning service. They also charged me over NULL for professional carpet cleaning, and over NULL for “damages”. They charged me the most for re-painting almost the entire apartment. When I spoke to Devin and Kelly, neither of them were helpful. All they did was keep telling me there was nothing they could do to change what I was getting back for my deposit, even though I had pictures of the condition of my apartment. Kelly stopped responding to my emails after I confronted her about what I was being charged for. Absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional. They didn’t even attempt to hear what I was saying and disregarded everything I mentioned about the condition of my apartment. After reading other reviews from those who experienced something similar, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to make them aware of my situation. I do NOT recommend this apartment complex.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This apartment complex is a joke. We moved out at the end of November and just got a letter from them charging us NULL dollars for “damages” done to the apartment. I spent 2 days cleaning the entire apartment. As you can see from the photos, THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. Everyone that I know who was living there has moved out. Another tenant was charged NULL for “cleaning”. DO NOT MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE. They will take your deposit when you move out regardless of how clean you leave it. Landlords are not allowed to charge for normal wear and tear in PA.
