FAQ for Laurel Junction Flea Market in Laurel Delaware:
I’m so bummed that the great antique coop on the second floor is gone, replaced by a bunch of junk stores. The Mexican restaurant on the first floor is good. There is also a produce store. The antique store at the far end of the strip center is still there and is worth a visit.
Lots of square footage inside and out, mixtures of yard sales to imported goods, with antiques and old tools, records, comic books etc scattered throughout. Inside the upstairs loft was very spacious with lots of interesting finds, probably my favorite section but I didn’t have much time to spend exploring outside as I arrived a bit late. Live music near the food booths, go for breakfast for the scrapple sandwich!
Chef Fred’s Cafe use to have the best pizza 🍕 They would have gotten 5 / 5 if they would have served me HOT 🔥 pizza and hot french fries. Instead I got warm soggy Pizza and french fries that I waited 10 minutes for that was warm. I liked it better when they served pizza at the front door!
Great place for shopping for a wide variety of items from produce, old tools, clothing and unique foods. Great place to people watch asked grab a bite as well. Buy cactus leaves, old video games and clothing all in the same spot.
The flea market is good I like that. Each Halloween they do a haunted house. It’s really confined Halls that you walk through. A lot of decorations a lot of strobe lights. But not a lot of actors. And you didn’t hear a lot of screaming inside or outside of the haunted house . It says it’s number 4 on Delaware’s most haunted houses. I personally wouldn’t put that on top 10
