Well, it is a dog park, I suppose.

Very limited parking (4-5 cars max), park is very small (I suppose it’d be fine for small dogs, but there’s no “get up and go” room for large dogs). There is also no water source. This part really surprised me because “dog park 101” is ‘securely fenced area and water.’ Park really feels like an “HOA across the street” kind of place and not a real park. Great if you live across the street. We’ll keep looking.

Great place to take dogs for an off leash run. People are considerate and pick up their own poop. Neighbors are welcoming, chairs are out, and there is a water bowl, BYOW. Double garnet so leashing and unleashing is easy.

Decent size park for the dogs to run around and shaded perfectly during the late hours. No small dog separation but the dogs I’ve experienced so far have been really friendly.
