Lake Odessa Village Park is a beautiful, large public park known for its expansive and well-maintained playground, which includes both original and newer equipment. It is very family-friendly with amenities such as picnic tables, barbecue grills, and public restrooms, making it great for kids and family events like birthday parties. The park is nearly fully shaded by large trees, providing a pleasant environment for visitors. It features wheelchair accessible entrances and parking, accommodating visitors with mobility needs. While dogs are allowed, there is no designated off-leash area, and no mention of fenced or gated areas specifically for dogs.
Reviews
no off leash designated area anywhere in this whole township, plus there are few if any kids even at the park on 4th street
A beautiful park with plenty of stuff for kids to play on. The park is rather large and nearly shaded everywhere by large trees. They have a bathroom. The water fountain wasn’t operational however that said this park looks very well maintained. I get the impression this has been a treasured place for the village for many many decades. Check it out, see what a real park should look like.
One of the coolest playgrounds ever. Also, they have retained the original equipment which is very unusual. Adding the newer part to what was already there was a great idea instead of getting rid of all the things they could have.
One of the nicest parks we’ve ever been to. Huge playground. Lots of places to play. Lots of things to do.
Great place to either spend some time connected to nature or to meet new people
