This is a great, sizable dog park! It’s grass, has shaded areas with benches, lights for after dark, a people/dog water fountain, double gated entry, and a separate area for the small dogs. We pass by a couple other parks to take our boys here 😃

Our dog loves this park! There’s no fencing around the regular children’s park portion of it, but the dog park is at the end of the street.

Not many people visit this park and it’s much bigger than the others in La Quinta.

Owners don’t pay attention to there dogs. One wouldn’t leave mine alone and kept biting him. Owner did nothing but sit there. He was aware. Had to leave with my 50# dog in my arms since he was to afraid to leave on his own. The owner just sat there.

Nice park. grass is great, water fountain for dogs, and long and narrow with hills so my dogs can run around. People in the park were nice – overall very good experience. Was a little small, but great community dog park! Will definitely be back next time we are in Indio or La Quinta

This is a pretty spacious park for big dogs, but as others have pointed out, the separate area for small dogs is small (1 star off for that). I brought my tiny dog here twice while on vacation for a week, but there just wasn’t anyone her size to play with when we were there.
