We had a phenomenal time here. The walks was simply divine—the place well-balanced. It’s the kind of park that you dream about later. The park was outstanding; our time there was well spent. Everything from the ambiance to the quality of the park and service was perfect. I highly recommend this park to anyone who loves great hike or walk.

La Mirada Creek Park is a truly interesting park with a unique charm. What stands out immediately are the numerous bridges and its seemingly boundless nature. While the park itself isn’t huge and has one restroom, if you walk beyond its apparent borders and follow the creek, you’ll find yourself seamlessly entering another park, and then another, eventually leading all the way to Biola University.
Despite having two parking lots within the park, it’s genuinely hard to tell where the park officially ends, as it blends so well with the surrounding natural areas. It doesn’t feature a traditional children’s playground, but it’s teeming with wild rabbits and gophers, which adds a lovely touch of wildlife.
This park is less about swings and slides and more about a peaceful, extended stroll along the creek. It’s a great spot for those who enjoy walking, nature, and discovering hidden pathways.

Really nice area for an on-leash walk. Lots of wooden bridges, mostly IMO for aesthetic reasons. Would probably be extra nice after a rainfall, with the centre waterway. There’s a washroom and a water fountain. Walk was essentially a giant loop around the waterway. Had the most squirrels that I’ve seen in a park; almost all of them had the same white fur colouring near their neck, so perhaps a family? Lots of parking available on both ends of the park. This was perhaps the cleanest park I’ve walked; no trash anywhere. I’d call this park a hidden gem!

Hidden little gem , came across this park unexpectedly. Very cool terrain and chill vibe. Lots of little squirrels. Folks walking their pets. Kids playing, some people doing yoga. Not too big but my boys enjoyed running around . Will definitely return
