Guadalupe Park extends from Walnut to Idaho, with a pedestrian pathway that goes along the train tracks next to the Gary Center and behind Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. It’s perfect for walking dogs and there’s a lot of wildlife (particularly in the mornings): coyotes, rabbits, ground squirrels, regular squirrels, falcons, woodpeckers. The only thing is that the path is sometimes frequented by addicts. I’ve run into people doing (non-weed) drugs a handful of times, although it has been quieter in the winter time which is nice. Also, a psa that needs to be said: stop littering, and please pick up after your dogs. It’s really not that hard to do either of those things.

The children really enjoy and have fun. After event then Moms enter into food bank. Bring shopping bags to transfer your food from shopping cart. No bathrooms at site , so prepare ahead.
