La Grange OHV Regional Park is a unique destination in La Grange, California, known primarily for its off-road vehicle tracks, including beginner, intermediate, and expert routes for dirt bikes, quads, and 4x4s. While it’s a hotspot for adventure seekers, the park also offers a change of scenery for dog owners looking for pet-friendly outdoor spaces. The terrain is mostly loose river rocks and open dirt areas, which your dog may enjoy exploring alongside you. Pet owners should note the open space and the natural, unshaded environment when planning a visit.
Though there are no designated fenced dog areas or specific dog park amenities, La Grange OHV Regional Park can be enjoyable for leashed strolls, especially for families camping or spending the day outdoors. Its location makes it a notable spot for those searching for dog-friendly hiking in La Grange and the surrounding Central Valley region.
Really nice place for off road 4×4
The place was nice. The family had fun camping
Not that big of a park for 4×4, more of a dirt bike and quad area to learn. I could see potential for crowding and even accidents waiting to happen. No shade at all.. Was nice and quiet if you want to play in one mud pit but probably my only visit.
Theu could use a water truck on the MX track for sure besides that the track itself honestly is probably the best in n the CV.
sorry no pics of it this time .. Maybe some video if i can work that out
Very small place yet fun with loose river rocks all over the place in a good portion of the park. Head to the beginner, intermediate, or intermediate/expert tracks for some dirt bike fun! The intermediate/expert track is where we ended up spending most of our time.
