It was okay. Many trails overgrown. Some nice trees to observe. Tons of parking.

Ample parking, muddy and leaf covered trails but well marked with colored flares. My family and I did the white outer loop, about 1.5 miles. Easy, does have some bog bridges that can be slippery when wet. Pretty stark this time of year but still pretty.

Great trail for a nice after walk, i was able to walk for over an hour and complete my weekly walk mile. During my walk, i was able to capture beautiful moments such as an old couple sitting by the bench, the trees , the sun kiss on trees and a nice view of myself in the middle of this magnificent park. Family friends trail and well recommended to anyone that leaves in the area or around albany.

Update April 2022…
Parking lot is horrible!! My car almost got swallowed up by the gigantic holes in it. I would love to go here more often but it’s not worth risking my car getting damaged!

Nice, quiet walk through nature. Peaceful. They have wooden planks in various parts that are raised above the areas that are swampy/muddy so that was nice. Easy walk through most of it. There are a couple different trails but all have color markers. Next time I go I plan on taking a picture of the map at the front entrance just so I’m more aware of where I am. I did get confused a few times.
Did not cross paths with many people, and saw a couple dogs but they were leashed as they’re supposed to be. Overall, a nice area to leisurely walk through. I would suggest wearing boots, especially during muddy times of the year.
