Customer service at its best! Jack was a lifesaver! His recommendation, knowledge and assistance in finding my husband a perfect new ski jacket was amazing! We called in a panic looking for a shop to buy a new ski jacket as my husbands jacket zipper BROKE the night before his first day of skiing! I am a long time customer of Black Dog, so this review is overdue. Dave is the best ski technician I’ve ever seen. When he is done working on a set of skis, you can be confident that they are going to be rock solid when you get them on edge. Today was an icy day after some rain followed by a big temperature drop, but I was having a blast carving my way all around the mountain after a morning tune at Black Dog.
Dave is also great at recommending gear and putting people on the right equipment for how they like to ski. I could not be happier with the last pair of skis he put me on.
Dropped off my beaten up skis + 2 core shots in the late afternoon, and Dave came in at 6 the next morning to have them ready the very next day.
Got a great price for 2 base welds+full tune. They know their stuff, and got me back to thrashing my skis in great time!
Wow!! Dave is amazing and his team are some of the nicest people. I highly recommend using them for all your ski needs. The best rentals on the mountian.
