Joe goes above and beyond for my older black lab. He is so gentle with her and she LOVES going into the store. He really is amazing!
I brought my friendly young lap cat for a bath because he was dealing with fleas and after I brought him home he was scared and became a skittish cat after that even till this day. I think because there are dogs there and the noise from the possible barking or the environment is not calming or suitable for cats.
I have never left my dog with anyone that wasn’t family, but this location and staff rest assured that they provide the utmost care for my pup. From daycare, to boarding and his grooming needs my pooch is living his best life! Joe and his staff put the animals first as if they were their own family and we love that!
I’ve been dropping my dog off for a few years now and have never been disappointed. I’ve dropped him off for grooming and boarding (multiple nights) and every time I’ve left happy and my dog as well. Joe is always responsive and sends pics/vids. It’s always a pleasant experience.
