Crystal was such a big help during our moving process! Kept in touch with us and answered all questions very quickly, made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you so much for all of your help Crystal!!!
The service repair was completed promptly within 24 hours. The maintenance staff, Jojo, was professional, explained how he completed each of the repairs to working order. He left my place as clean as when he entered the apartment to do the repair. He is tidy, professional, and detailed.
Thank you Jojo!
We are thrilled to be relocating to this community next month.
The staff members have a level of professionalism that goes beyond words. The grounds, the apartment home, and the clubhouse are sensational!
And to top it off, they immediately make you feel like family.
Can’t wait to finally move in!
UPDATE….
We have finally moved in and i must say that The Park at Waterford Harbor is everything we thought it would be and MORE!
My advice to anyone searching for a home in this area is to say come home to the Park at Waterford Harbor. You’ll be glad you did!
Update……2 months living here and i can tell you quite honestly tgat we have never been happier anywhere else that we have lived.
Truly, this is resort style living.
I don’t usually post, but I felt the need today and in a few words I can honestly say in the 3 months I have been here The Park at Waterford Harbor has been amazing for me. No loud noises, maintenance has been top tier, office staff is very nice. The community landscaping is always clean. I would say try this complex out and u may like it as much as I have. I will update my opinion on my 6mos stay and let you all no if everything is still copeathic. 💯
I lived here for 2 years, and my experience was pretty mixed.
Pros:
– Away from the interstate if that’s what you are looking for
– Allows pets
– Close to the marina
– Apartment layout is spacious
– Generally left alone if you mind your own business
– Base-price for apartment is moderate
– Dog park on-site
Cons:
– Problems with theft, and the one camera on the property doesn’t catch anything.
– Front security gates are broken so often they might as well not be there.
– People have a tendency to park in the fire-zone/loading zones and even though there is a threat of being towed it never happens so they continue to do it.
– Maintenance will find anyway that they can to charge you if you report something not working so think before reporting even something minor.
– Pool is often used by more non-residents than residents in the summer. Not uncommon to see 2 residents, and 10+ of their friends there.
– Tough to find employees in the office during the office hours on weekends or a weekday before holidays. Common to see the “be back at x” sign on the door.
– Fully electric apartment, so expect a very high electric bill every month even in the winter.
– Fair amount of aggressive dogs, so be careful with your pets.
– Smells like cigarettes here all the time, so even if you wanted to have your door open you can’t do that unless you are okay with the smoke and smell. Management doesn’t enforce the no-smoking policy.
– Charged us for whatever they could find during our move-out to make an extra dollar. Charged me for blind-slats that I had replaced myself, charged an astronomical amount for paint, then after paying the ridiculous pet-fee for 2 years(NULL total) they tacked on another pet-cleaning fee.
Overall: I personally wouldn’t live here again, but if all of the cons are something you can deal with then go for it.
