Our room was clean and neat. Everything worked. Great breakfast buffet. I feel that the room was a bit overpriced. The thing that made this stay great was the staff. A truly great group of people. Always friendly, professional, courteous and ready to answer any questions. I will stay here again the next time we are Kellogg, Idaho.

Felt like the whole situation was a setup from the start. After the tow, the local driver told us we’d get a good rate if we mentioned their name. First night was NULL.61. In the middle of the night, we got a call saying we were too loud and fighting—completely false. We were just having a normal conversation, and the TV wasn’t even on. The next day, the tow driver told us to extend our stay since the truck might not be ready until Saturday morning. Not happy about paying another NULL, I noticed the rate suddenly dropped to NULL without explanation. Around 5:00, after paying to extend, we were called and told the truck was ready. I asked the front desk about a partial credit, and they said they’d check with the boss, but nothing has changed to this day. Feels like the hotel and tow company are in cahoots, especially being next to a ski resort in a non-snowy season.

Price wasn’t terrible we stayed one night on our way to Washington. Rooms were super clean which is nice to see. Well stocked, bed was comfortable. It also was quite which is hard to find at a hotel, and they had quite a few people staying. Only thing breakfast is lacking a bit, but did have a waffle machine, cereal and a few smaller things. Overall a great place.

Clean room. Shower was fine. Affordable. Not a great continental breakfast. Vending machine for drinks didn’t work, but staff member gave me a bottle of water for my wife to take her medicine. Appreciated that! Loads of fun, vintage style local tourism signs.
