Best dog park I have been to. Feels like a great human park with a pond, mature trees, grass throughout, and a walking path around the entire park.

Dog washing station in case your pups get wet or muddy.

My girls LOVE this park. There is a nice pool, tons of space to run, plenty of shade trees. Dozens of squirrels who like to tease the dogs, a restroom, dog fountains, activity equipment, a papillion, probably 15 different benches in shady areas, and a covered dog wash area. It is never over crowded and all of the dogs are nice and I have never seen a tussle. There is also a decent size small dog side that has benches and shade trees too. Parking lot is small but never extremely over crowded. Lots of lush green grass. And there are drainage ditches that collect water and my dogs like to roll in that water too. Thank goodness for the wash station. There is a paved trail around the inside of the park that people walk for exercise and the shaded benches are perfect for reading and relaxing. I rarely see kids here unless they are walking with their parents. Grounds are pretty well kept and cleaned up. Right across the fence is Mary Jo Peckham park. Oh and it’s right next to the Katy PD and library.

I hope this is helpful!

I have to say, the best and number one dog park in Katy that I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a couple, but this one is the most beautiful and shady because of the trees, the little waterpark, and the obstacle course. It’s a big, spacious park. This is the most amazing park I’ve ever been to. and even though I thought there was not gonna be so much dogs, but before I knew it, a lot of people came in and that right there tells me that it’s a goodpart.
