Nice large park with large and small dog area but was a little hilly. And although I bring my own, there were no bags to pick up dog waste and no water fountains to supply them with water, I did not realize you needed to bring your own, although I do.

Penn Valley Dog Park is a huge and fun space that’s not your typical dog playground. It’s quite large, and it’s close to the WWI memorial, giving it a cool historical vibe for your dog’s playtime. At the bottom entrance, there’s a nice water fountain to make sure both you and your dog stay refreshed during your time there. During the winter times the fountain is off, so try to remember to bring a liter jug with you so you can refill one of the many communal dog bowls!

There are plenty of comfy spots to sit around the park, giving owners a chance to chill or chat while their dogs have a blast playing around. Plus, they’ve got fetching balls, adding an extra level of excitement to playtime. This isn’t your average dog park; it’s a well-planned spot that will be a lot of fun!

Favorite dog park in the city, plenty of space to play. People are usually friendly and dogs behave. Great sunset view.

Dog area is fenced in. They have a little dog area and big dog area. The big dog area is a pretty big space. There’s water dishes, put out around the park and I think some benches. There’s a whole area around it that you can leash walk your dog. I mean it’s up by memorial which is huge. great area.
