This park had been closed off for quite some time so I was happy to see the gate finally opened again.

This is a really cool place. The long trails that snake thru the park can be found right off the parking lot. Be careful walking on the trail in parts, there are a lot of big roots at the sur, face that can be slippery , otherwise it’s a pr#etty easy walk. It takes you thru thick growth spots, open grassy areas

Easy to walk trails. Always has many different critters running around. Doves, chipmunks, frogs, but also need to watch for poison ivy. Just stay on the trails, they are kept clear.
