As an owner of a 5# yorkie I couldn’t be more happy with the service I receive at Puppy Paradise. The staff and owners are very professional and knowledgeable. My furbaby gets very excited when she realizes where she is going. They all love every dog that enters the facility and I never have a worry about leaving her there in their care. I highly recommend!!

Marco loves Puppy Paradise! He practically drags me to the door to get inside. The girls are wonderful and truly care about each and every pup. I love seeing all the pictures they post. The pups look very happy. When we get home Marco is so tired from all the fun he had. I would love to drop him off more than one day a week, he would be so happy! Highly recommend.

This is the third time in the last five years we have taken our dog to puppy paradise. We will not be back after the last experience..
we dropped our pup off the day before Thanksgiving and picked our pup up before 5pm on Thanksgiving. We were told that our dog was aggressive with staff which is extremely unlikely as we have small children and have never seen our dog be aggressive. My in laws also took their dogs for a stay about a month ago and frequent the jonesville puppy paradise, and they were also told their dogs were aggressive as well and would need an evaluation before a return visit, which we were told with our dog too. None of these dogs are aggressive so I would like to tell the owners maybe they need to look into how their staff are treating the animals?
The picture that we were sent of our dog during her one night stay was extremely concerning and alarming with her ears back, as though she was being mistreated. Not only this but we were also charged for TWO nights, even though our dog stayed one night because of a “holiday fee”, which we were never told about although I had asked ahead of time about the holiday. Unfortunately, they lost a couple frequent customers in the last couple of months, and I’m sure we aren’t the only ones.

We’ve boarded our beagle 2x at the hillsdale location & each time has been fantastic! He sometimes gets separation anxiety & he did really well! Glad to have someone care for my fur baby while we’re away!

At first I felt uneasy because it is hard to trust others with your puppy.
A phone call, a date set for an evaluation, a discussion about plans for the future..

We have been using puppy paradise for a bit now and I can see that my Doberman puppy does enjoy coming here, he is excited and loves the people that work there. (If you know the breed then you will understand this sentence)
He will only reap the benefits of playing with other dogs and being around other people who take care of him and love on him while he is there as he is growing up.
So far this seems to be a great place and I will continue to use it.
I know not everyone will be happy with a business, that’s part of life. I also understood that when signing my pup up to go here that dogs play rough and accidents can and will happen, I walk in every time with the expectation that he may or may not get hurt. Well not because the people are incompetent but because these are dogs and their communication lies in ancient ways that we humans don’t understand. And since most like to put the “baby or child” replacement sign onto their dog it makes them forget certain aspects about having a dog as a family member.

But Danielle works really hard, takes her time to talk to you (if you want too) is always learning and has the knowledge. The other staff i have spoken too are kind, work hard as well and have what seems the basic dog knowledge.
