Sgt. Anthony Park Dog Park – Jersey City, NJ

Sgt. Anthony Park is a cozy neighborhood green space conveniently located in Jersey City, New Jersey, featuring a small dog park area alongside a basketball court and playground. The dog section provides a convenient option for pet owners looking for a nearby, dog-friendly spot to let pets socialize and play off-leash within a fenced area. While the park isn’t the largest in town, its local charm and easy-going atmosphere make it a favorite for families and dog lovers living nearby.

This is a sweet little park that’s fairly clean. Two tables where you can sit and plenty of spots for the Littles to play hide and seek. There’s a basketball court and dog area too

Doodle Girl

Very small park
One basketball court is there but it’s small
Except for court there’s not much of things on park
Good place for neighborhood children to play
Nothing much to expect
Parking is not available but you can get street parking easily

This dog park needs to be remodeled for the sake of the neighborhood puppies & adult dogs what are you doing? Turf ground is more cleaner and easier on the dogs . Every time I visit this place, I have to bath my dogs because their paws will be full of dirt and gravel. And some, maybe one dog activity at least on one side of the playground. I have taken several pictures of all the defects holes On the gate between the playground From the large side to the small side. Ground not leveled and holes in it. Bench not stable to sit on for the doggy parents. No water fountain for our doggies to stay hydrated. Don’t get me wrong. I would love to visit this location every day. It’s just a block away from my home. Please address this dog park it can be an amazing place.
