The flavors were spot on, the food was prepared beautifully, and the portion size was just right. My wife and I drove almost an hour and a half to get here, and it was definitely worth the trip. We were visiting from Philly for a Scout meeting and did a Google search for dinner before our event. Dark Side of the Moo came up and my son asked to go. We walked into this eccentrically decorated restaurant with a rubber alligator swinging on a spoon and stuffed furry animal heads smiling down on us. We loved it. My son got the pulled pork Mac & cheese and I got the lobster empanada. We split tater tots. Everything was soooo good and came out quick. Great place for quality food fast in Jersey City! We’d come back to try the exotic dishes like wild boar tacos and camel sliders, but for our first time the pulled pork was perfect!
