It’s a very nice lakeside park, picnic grounds, swimming etc, but people are destroying it with their litter, bottle caps, just pure garbage. Love taking my dogs to swim, but people need to do better at cleaning up. Someone translate this into Spanish for me. PICK UP the GARBAGE!!! Seems to be popular with Hispanic families and that’s awesome, but everyone needs to clean up afterwards!!

People really should clean up after themselves when visiting these places. We did have an awesome mother’s day exploring the trails and wadding out into the lake. It was a little too cold yesterday to swim but once it warms up we are definitely going back.

This is such a beautiful lake!!! It was peaceful and really worth the long drive. There were alot of people out there fishing, so I guess there must be some really good fish in there. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely phenomenal view of the sunset!! It’s so nice, quiet, peaceful and clean! There are multiple seating areas and also a place for families to come and grill! The view and closeness of the water is especially breathtaking and serene! Great place to do alone to do some thinking or take your family for some outdoor food, and let the kiddos run and play until they get tired!🥰🥰🥰 This is an undiscovered jewel!

The views are breathtaking. The area we parked at wasn’t so bad. The park is clean and easy to access. They also have a nice big playground at the entrance. We had to stop before heading home. The only thing I didn’t care for were all the rocks we had to walk on before getting to the water. The water wasn’t even cold, which made it easier for my little ones to enjoy.
