If you’re looking for a dog-friendly park in Jefferson City, Tennessee, Centennial Park is a local favorite with plenty to offer for both pets and their owners. The dog park features a spacious area with amenities to keep your canine happy and active. According to visitors, the dog play area is even larger than the kids’ zone and offers more activities for dogs, making it a standout spot for play and socialization.
Besides the off-leash dog area, Centennial Park offers a long, relaxing walking path perfect for dog walking or jogging. Pet owners can enjoy a picnic under the pavilion (although restrooms may be locked at times), and there are covered shelters available for shade. The gravel access road can be narrow during busy times, but there is on-site parking for convenience. This pet-friendly park is well-loved by locals for its peaceful setting and opportunities for both exercise and leisure with your furry friends.
had my pants down at the Pavillion around 10:30 at night and some know it all hooligan started ruffling me feathers!
It’s nice since they added the lillies but the variety the play area for kids is minimum. Actually the dog play area is bigger and has more things for the dogs to do. The bathrooms are always locked. But there is a nice long path to walk around the park which is enjoyable
Centennial Park was nice. We were in the area around supper time and didn’t know what our options were. We ended up taking a carry-out pizza there and had an impromptu picnic! Afterwards we walked it off on the walking trail. I think if I lived near by, I would make regular use of this path: it’s perfect for running, walking, dog walking, etc. Very relaxing. One complaint is that the gravel road that leads into it is only one lane. We had to wait a couple minutes on another car that was blocking it. This is surely a nuisance during busier times.
Had a great day at the dog park with Dottie, and Bella both old Weiner dogs!
Was here past noon enjoying my lovely evening. While three delinquents came down at 10:30 and was messing around under the pavilion, one started to strip! My friend who pulled up in a F150 ford 2012 model couldn’t sell me my weed because of this! If I could i would rate is zero stars!
