Proximity to local stores and restaurants adds to the appeal, ensuring that your daily needs are within walking distance.
I lived in this building for a year. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The building was always clean and trash taken out frequently. The apartments have a nice view and huge windows. The gym is fully functional so no need for a gym membership and the lounge was great.
The neighborhood looks a bit rough but it’s pretty safe, I would come home at 3am most weekends and not run into problems. There’s also lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but the park close by sucks.
Unfortunately, I had to move to be closer to work because the E-line is very unreliable. That being said, I would recommend this building if the area worked for you and you didn’t have to take the horrible E,F or J line too often.
I’ve really enjoyed living here. The building is super well-kept, with clean common areas and some really great amenities. It’s modern, comfortable, and everything just feels well thought out.
The management team (Ana and Sheik) is what really makes this place stand out, though. They’re friendly, responsive, and always on top of things. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve taken care of it quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the building!
All in all, it’s been a great experience living here so far, and I’d totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice apartment with great amenities.
I just toured this building and really liked the apartments that a I was shown. I appreciated the high-end appliances, especially the chef’s kitchen. The building staff was nice, and the views were spectacular. The gym, dog park, and co-working spaces were my favorite.
Building is pretty good for the most part but some of the neighbors are filthy & smoke a lot. The apt doors are flimsy and have gaps so smoke will enter your living space. Building management sends emails of empty threats but won’t really do much about it. People throw trash out the window and in the elevators. They mop and vaccum upper floors maybe once a week ? They keep the lobby clean to reel you in.
The building is nice and beautiful, unfortunately some tenants smoke a lot and it seems to be a constant issue throughout the building. Management is very fast when you need them, although some of them don’t do their job correctly (one individual to be exact I wish I knew his name) there was some licking in my bathroom ceiling and he left a bump in the bathroom ceiling, it was no longer flat. Some tenants are a little filthy and with no manners, specially in the lobby they love talking loud like they are with their home boys, also some tenants bring children to the gym which is ridiculous. There is one front desk guy he is new, he is always lost and he don’t even recognize or remember tenants which is annoying.
