FAQ for Rolliston Park in Jacksonville Florida:
Beautiful spot to drop into the water, good fishing and great immaculate vibes all the way around this spot. On the way to Omni Villas nearby and just stopped to get out of the car for 15 minutes with the baby. Beautiful sunset
Great sand ramp and great fishing also. Ive had some amazing times in this area, pb red, cooler full of whiting, specks, and fish i don’t know what they were. Im only down in the summer so I have no idea about spring, fall, winter fishing but a bet it’s even better.
Don’t go here you won’t love the beautiful views, cute beach, or the great picnic area. It is really busy on the weekends with jet skis and canoes.
Amazing off the beaten path park. Excellent place to watch the sunrise and even the sunset. There is awesome fishing here and tons of space to spread out and fish. The water is shallow and clear so you can see lots of aquatic life. Very much natural Florida. Be aware the bugs will pick you up and carry you away though.
It’s a nice place, but there is NOTHING here. No bench, picnic table, swing, gazebo, water accesss. Nothing. Its a flood plain the city zoned as a park. It’s nice grass. Good place to sunbath or play frisbee or something
Its a peaceful place to just sit and think
Clean needs benches tho or possibly a gazeebo
Nice small park to walk the dog, not much else though, i dont believe the hold events and they dont have many amenities just a few lunch table, so if you want a picnic or a dog walking spot this place will do.The fact that its on the trout river add to the view though
Been here for about three weeks, so far so good.
