Nice place to go. The playground is good, a bit dated, and swings are really loud. The park is big and there are lots of shade and places to picnic. There is a large duck pool you can walk or run around. There is a big waterfountain you can get misted by.I have to say, though, they have not been taken care of it very well. Algae and trash need to be picked up. Even with that, the ducks, turtles, ect, still come and play.

Pleasant inner city park we visited to let our pup burn off energy. Loved seeing the agility areas for large and small visitors. Appeared to be relatively clean and policed by other owners. Large play area allowed a lot of joyful romping around.

This is a beautiful Park. It has plenty of space for walking and if you’re a child there are playground equipment plenty. The only problem is the amount of homeless people and beggars. This is what makes it uncomfortable for trying to just sit and relax and not be approached and asked for money or cigarettes. What would really be nice is to have a closed in area for the dogs to be able to run and play.

this is by far the best Dog Park I have found in Jacksonville that is free. There are quite a few regular to go there on Monday through Sunday. They have a small dog side and a large dog side. They always have bags so you can clean up after your dog in the summertime you can find little kitty pool. They also have a wash area right outside of the fence in area so that you could bathe your dog if you would like they have dog water bowls as well. And the large dog side they have like a little sidewalk trail for you to walk around pretty large parking is on the side of the road overall safety and cleanliness of the park. I would give an eight only because some dog owners are not as good as other dog owners and I have seen some pretty bad fight from the large sideso if it’s your first time visit, make sure that you are aware of your surroundings and you pay attention.

My puppy loves this dog park! She is obsessed with the little doggy pool and always has a great time. The other dog owners are always very friendly too.
