The map at the entrance needs an update. Trails dont match whats on AllTrails. But this is a cool spot. A lot of flat land but once you get out to where the Pioneer trail starts there quite a bitnof elevation change. Our 7.5 mile walk saw 290 feet of elevation gain.

We have not had the chance to do most of the trails but the few hours we have been on the trails so far have been very enjoyable. We are looking forward to spending a full day hiking the trails.

I love this straight and quiet trail in the woods. Very peaceful and the trail surface is great.

A little area to take a break from the trail. It has a covered pavilion with some picnic tables and a fenced in field. It’s only accessible from the trail, no parking or restrooms either.

Adjacent to the Jacksonville Baldwin Rail Trail, this trail side park is a lovely place to stop for a break or picnic. There is no bathroom and no parking area for cars. It is only accessible via the trail itself by foot, horseback or bicycle. It feels somewhat secluded and is a peaceful place to enjoy nature.
