Betty’s Dog Park is a well-maintained dog park in downtown Jackson with separate areas for small and large dogs. It features plenty of seating, picnic tables, shaded grassy areas, and wheelchair accessible entrances and parking. While mostly clean and a great spot for exercising dogs, some concerns about aggressive dogs have been noted. There is no info on agility equipment or water fountains, and parking is street only.

The park is often populated with hyperaggressive dogs that have no reason to be there.

After my 2 small dogs were attacked by the pit bulls that were somehow in the small dog area, I’ve decided to stay away.

What a great place to take your dog. A small dog area separate from the large dogs. Perfect location for apartment dwellers to exercise Fido!

This dog park has a great layout and plenty of shade! My dog had a great run at the park

Dolph loves the park!! Specially when other friends leave behind basket balls.
I wish there were some agility ramps or tubes for the dogs to play in. Maybe that is something we can work on as a community.
Tables and bench’s are always clean, more than enough for everyone and most owners keep control of their pets. Rarely see any waste left on the ground!

Great dog park downtown Jackson with 2 areas. 1 for small dogs under 30 pounds, and another for dogs over 30 pounds. Very clean with the exception of a couple of piles of poop. Plenty of seating, trees, grass, tables, and benches. We were the only ones here at 8 am. Only street parking.
