Nice little park for younger children to burn off some energy in a relatively contained safe area. Only drawback was the removal of the barrier on one side that was just left in piles and needs to be reinstalled.
Kids and I love it here, cause it’s easier to keep an eye on them and they can ride there bikes and hoverboards around and around They enjoy it. Plus its next to the Jacksboro police station. So I feel a lil at ease some what.
Update: some construction work was done and they have left it a mess. Pulled out part of the barrier way for the chips and they are just in a pile with the big spikes laying about dangerously. I did like how this playground almost never has anyone at it so my 2 year old daughter can take her time and enjoy the slides and everything. Only downside is the bathrooms are always locked so can’t ever stay too long. It was overall nice though, good for toddlers and little kids. Too bad they messed up part of it.
A wonderful time! Short track to ride bikes or walk on! A cool playground set up like a pirate’s ship. Picnic table and restrooms. Very quaint little place with plenty of character! Good for a small gathering or family outing!
