Reviews
BE CAREFULLY WITH THIS GOLDEN RETRIEVER AND ITS DOG OWNERS THEY WILL BITE!!!!Our experience at the dog park started off peacefully, with our furry friends enjoying their playtime. However, things took a concerning turn when a woman arrived with her golden retriever. Sadly, this dog displayed aggressive behavior, attacking one of the other dogs without any intervention from its owner. To our shock, the aggression escalated as the retriever bit another innocent dog, and the owner remained unresponsive.
What was even more distressing was the owner’s lack of action and the use of insulting language towards another dog owner. It’s disheartening to see such behavior in a place meant for joy and interaction among our canine companions.
We urge fellow dog lovers to exercise caution and avoid any interaction with this particular owner and their aggressive golden retriever. Let’s prioritize the safety and well-being of our beloved pets by steering clear of potentially dangerous situations. Stay vigilant and ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all at the dog park.
Good place for the dogs to socialize and run. I go with my mom almost every day with her dog.
Love it every time we go. Most dogs are super cute and well behaved, great place to get the zoomies out of your dog. Don’t let the not-so-great dogs ruin your experience, I’ve been here countless times and maybe had a hiccup three times. Dogs can be unpredictable, just be aware of your dog’s and your situation. Places to pick up poop are helpful too, no need to bring people bags but definitely clean up the poops!
It’s huge!
Visiting my Ithaca people and tries this park with my big dogs . I haven’t been here since I had a little dog, so I never used the big side when I lived here.
So cool that you compost dog waste!
This is a very nice dog park for both dogs and owners. The best part is that there is a separate area for small dogs (up to 25 lbs), so they can play safely. The bigger area is open for all dogs, which is great for those who like to play with different sizes.
The park is spacious. There are picnic tables where you can sit and watch their dogs. Many toys are left/donated by other dog owners, so dogs usually have something to play with.
