Was a fun walk with my girl’s…
Love love love this park!! We have gone here a few times, and each time, we’ve had a blast. The views when the snow was in the ground were awesome. It was easy to know what trail you are on because they are well marked. There are enough parking spaces in both parking lots.
This trail system was a good hike. There are definitely some steep slopes, so it’s more of an advanced trail. Bikes, dogs, and hikers. Nice views. I can’t wait to go back in the fall. Now the reason I am giving it a 3 star and only a 3 star. People are jerks, and you can tell it is a party spot on some of the trails, and there is broken glass that was seen in many spots. Saw people fishing around the corner of where you park. Numerous trails. I know the purple trail is not marked on Google maps.
Great park to hike and mountain bike in. Small creek running through it for the dogs to get a drink. Gorgeous in the fall. At dusk you can see bald eagles fly when on the trail over looking the bay
Great place to hike. Different difficulty trails. Hiking and bike trail, shared lane.
