Great park for all ages. The park has paved trail that goes to a pond and around it. Most of the trails are for mountain biking, they are not hard so pretty much for any levels. This park has a soccer field, 2 baseball fields, disc golf course, playground for kids, bathrooms, pond that you can fish at (have to have South Carolina fishing license) and tables around the park to eat at. Enjoyed it and would visit again.
World class disc golf course. Very well maintained with a lot of directions to be able to follow the widest course i have ever seen. 27 holes with different options on the choice of tee pad and basket you wanna through. Not that much beginner friendly and people to walk around the park so be careful before you through. Plan ahead if you want to do the 27 that it will take a minute before it is done as the area to cover is pretty big. Overall a really fun experience but watch where your disc land since sometimes the rough can be thorny.
My family and I love walking this park and it is a nice relaxing walk from the disc course down around the lakes and back up the side. We haven’t played at the park in a long time but that was nice as well when we did. The place is dog friendly and there are lots there. Some nice places to picnic in the top of park near parking as well as near the lake is a picnic area as well. Beautiful well kept biking trails as well. The restrooms need restocked on toilet paper and soap. The lakes had people magnet fishing and regular fishing. It was a sweet site to behold. Will return 10/10.
Great disc golf course. Fun and challenging. If your in the area and looking for a place to bang some chains, I’d recommend giving Holston Creek a try.
This my favorite bike trail! It’s nice and beautiful, we even saw a baby deer once! The trail mostly goes down, only in the end part it’s going up a bit. There are different parts, you can take shorter or longer trail, and there’s a more complicated part with ups and downs which you can skip.
