Siminski Park Dog Park in Inglewood, California

Siminski Park offers a convenient, local spot for dog owners looking for a pet-friendly park experience in Inglewood, CA. The dog park area is fully fenced and provides a safe, off-leash environment for dogs of all sizes to socialize and play. The open and flat terrain, consisting of dirt and wood chips (no grass), makes it easy to keep your furry friend in sight, and the area is typically less crowded than other parks. Shade from tall trees and scattered benches create a comfortable space for both dogs and their owners.

Although the park itself is small, it offers multiple amenities including accessible parking, water stations (sometimes requiring your own bowl), and benches. The park does not have separate areas for small and large dogs, so owners of smaller breeds should exercise caution. Visitors will also find additional features around the park such as playgrounds for kids, a mural trail, picnic tables, and public restrooms. Siminski Park is an all-purpose park open from sunrise to sunset and serves as a friendly community resource for active pets and families alike.

Functional but Lacking Critical Sanitation Supplies
Location: Siminski Park, Inglewood, CA
Rating: 2/5 Stars (Below Average)
This restroom facility at Siminski Park is technically functional but is severely lacking in the basic sanitation necessities required for public health.
On the positive side, the toilet was operational and flushed correctly, and there was a sufficient supply of toilet paper. The sinks also provided running water, allowing for hand rinsing.
However, the overall environment was uninviting and appeared poorly maintained, falling far short of acceptable standards for a public facility. Most importantly, the restroom was completely missing both hand soap and paper towels. While running water is available, the absence of soap makes effective hand washing impossible, and the lack of paper towels leaves users without a way to dry their hands.
Recommendation: If you must use this restroom, be sure to bring your own hand sanitizer and drying cloth/tissues, as the park management does not provide essential cleaning supplies. This facility requires immediate attention to maintenance and restocking of hygiene products.

I had some business at LAX and had some time to spare, so I bought an In-N-Out hamburger and headed to the nearest park. The park was small, but the surrounding trees provided shade, which was refreshing. There was a playground and restrooms, but I’m not sure if they were usable. The parking lot was also small. It didn’t seem like a very well-organized park.

Disgusting park but sorta beautiful. The moment we opened the car door to this park, all we could smell was human poo & pee. Like a really, really strong smell of pee. It’s almost impossible to not notice . Extremely overwhelming & the restrooms are atrocious. It seems safer to just pee outside in the parking lot (we did not do that but by comparison it seems safer). We came toward closing time on a Friday and there was an abandoned bench with a bunch of food and trash on it as if somebody had a picnic & then just left all the stuff there. There were two other cars in the parking lot but they seemed abandoned tbh. It was a little eery but this park seems to have potential. Me and my fiancé came to this park about a year ago when we were first dating & it was a lot better compared to now…we did come in the day time then so that may be the difference. I don’t know. If somebody just cleaned up around here, this would be a quaint little park.

Now for beautiful, this park has a lot of potential. I love the spaciousness and the trees. There are numerous fresh trees and the vibe is so lively. The general structure is very park-like and this could be a loving space for a community if it is maintained properly.

Siminski is a wonderfully maintained mini park! There are a couple of picnic tables under the tall trees that provide plenty of nice shade on a hot day. Towards the other side of the park there is a playground for kids. The parking lot has about 15 spots or so and there are 2 public restrooms for use. The park is open from sunrise to sunset and then seems like it is closed up to prevent after hours use.
