I have recently moved out of The Parc. I lived there for two years while I worked in Ingleside Tx. I have nothing but good to say about both the management and the maintenance. Both the manager and assistant manager were helpful with getting insurance, electricity, etc. The property was only a year or two old when I moved in, so maintenance wasn’t really an issue, but the couple of minor issues were resolved quickly. The grounds were always clean. Trash pickup was on time. If the job had not ended, I would still be living there.
Everything about the apartment complex is amazing! Belinda Deleon and Vanessa are both very nice and we’re very happy to help when it was needed! I highly recommended this apartment complex.
Maintenance sucks here in December 2024. Got told they’re going to fix my AC. We are in February 2025 still can’t get my AC fixed. They brought me a ac portable unit. What sucks about it my window Has to stay open at all times. You can hear all the cars go by all day long. the room is the only one that stays cool the rest of the apartment not at all I was wondering if we can charge the NULL late maintenance and NULL a day for each day that goes by without having ac
I lived at the Parc @ Ingleside for 2 1/2 years and I had a great experience. Things are never perfect when living in any complex; however, the management is top notch: accommodating, kind, and very quick in responses. Vanessa and Belinda are awesome! Same can be said for maintenance. Not sure I ever waiting more than a couple of hours for any request. I only had minor issues and never emergency. Great people and great location. Highly recommend.
I give them a •TEN• LOVE this place! From the moment we stepped foot in these doors, we have been treated like Family from Vanessa and not just another filled apartment. She knows us by name and is just the sweetest. They go above and beyond to help in any way! Apartments are very nice and homey! Management here is top notch! Nothing like I’ve ever experienced at other complexes! Belinda is the best! Can’t end without mentioning the maintenance! Always there for ya! Oh and, we truly enjoy all the activities they have here, from Holiday goodies, banana splits, raffles, goodies in the fridge after playing at the playground/pool and the yummy yummy coffee! 😉 Thank y’all so much for being here!
