Loves should consider placing their shop service managers in a suit and tie. They serve no purpose other than processing repair orders especially when there is no mechanic on duty. No doubt a technician can do that. This is 1 of 3 locations that doesn’t reflect the normal 5 star service I get from loves across I10-I20 from Texas to the east coast.. a bad trend.
