There is not enough to say about this place. Front desk girl was pleasant and informative, the rooms were spacious and super clean (and actually queen beds unlike so many other places in the area- never go to wyndham anything), the pool was relaxing and warm… and the breakfast… I shop for hotels based on breakfast being included. This is the best this whole area has as far as hot breakfasts!! The varying flavor waffles were delicious, eggs, super yummy sausage, juices that weren’t watered down, etc. just love this place. It deserves a higher overall rating because there’s four star places that don’t meet this mark. I’ll say it’s also a trend for Choice hotels. The quality in. In Fairfield pa near Erie is another Choice hotel. The e was the best breakfast (made to order with menu) I’ve had anywhere, and this is right there too. ❤️🤙🏼🙏🏼🙌🏼- we will only come here in this area in the future! FYI they even have a pond with ducks and give you bread in your room to feed them ❤️. Also note- things say and look like this is far from Hershey… it’s like 2-3 min drive right down the street!

Beds were comfortable and rooms and hotel were clean! Bathroom in the rooms definitely need renovating to include a fan (and a light switch in the bathroom), but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Great location. Sara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly!!! Will stay at this location when visiting Hershey Park in the future. Also, loved the ducks! What cute additions to the hotel!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good (though typical of a budget hotel continental breakfast), but I simply cannot recommend this Comfort Inn to anyone until it undergoes a complete renovation. “Dated” doesn’t describe it. “Completely worn down” does. The carpet in our room was so disgusting. Mismatched touch-up paint on every blessed wall, counter and door. Cracked grout and plaster. Stained bathtub. Only one elevator running. Sorry.

On the plus side, the heated pool was wonderful, the staff friendly, and the breakfast good.Unfortunately, the room smelled very musty and we noticed a lot of black mold growing on the air conditioner (pictures attached). I cleaned most of it off and turned the AC unit off for the rest of the stay and dealt with the warm room, instead of breathing in mold. A hotel employee told me they were currently cleaning the units floor by floor and hadn’t reached the 6th floor yet.The beds were freakishly hard. We sleep in hotels and motels several times a year with different chains and are not opposed to firm beds. That said, these were hard! None of us slept well for two nights and had to take power naps to make up for the lack of sleep.Additionally, the elevators were old, with only one working, and the button electrical panel was left open, exposing the wiring. Seeing the elevator electrical panel flop open as you are riding up, does not instill confidence in the safety or maintenance of the elevator. With the exception of the wonderful pool, the hotel need a complete renovation. Older hotels are fine, when properly maintained; this one needs some serious TLC. Even the windows were filthy with a thick layer of dirt and spider webs; it clearly hasn’t been power washed in a long time (pictures attached). We really want to go back again to enjoy the wonderful pool and feed the ducks, but likely won’t return until the hotel gets a major renovation and the care it needs. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to give a rating below three stars at any hotel. Once again, the staff were wonderful and the place has potential; however, it is in need of proper care and new beds, or at least good mattress toppers.

There are much better. Hotel is so-so. Rooms were clean enough but could have been better. The location is good because you can walk to shopping center and certainly close to park. Now this is the funny part. The staff is not that great at all. Not friendly and seemed like it was an inconvenience to do anything. Granted, Hershey has more year round events than she other towns, but some of these hotels make the bulk of their money in the peak times. You would think they would give better service
