I love this park! I plan to come back when there is no snow on the ground, There is a direct entrance from the small parking area. It’s slso in a residential area
Super fun spot for a dog walk. I cant wait to come back in the snow. Though definitely want to wear good traction shoes since there are many slopes and slippery places. The highway is right next door and makes it a little noisy but I would still come back here and enjoy this place many more times
I have lived in the area for a couple of years now but this was my first time visiting here on Christmas day. Paths are well marked and clean. We saw one other person in the parking lot. Lots of trails to explore. Took the dogs around there who loved it. Great for families and individuals alike. You can make your walk as short or long as you desire which makes it great for any age. Highly recommend. Only thing that would make it even easier is if the trails were marked with the numbers on the map.
Splashed with a sprig of the quaint and a dash of adventure, the Nature Center is layered with a twang of gasp – Okay, beauty on steroids! Wooden platforms level up viewing experiences. Bridged walks caress the ravine floor. Railroad tiled steps guide hikers up and down throughout the trails.
Upper trails dotted with standing water and mud slicks, leading to a summer’s mosquito paradise. Preparation: Mud lovers attire and bug repellent recommend.
Magical moments in nature’s pet and family adventures.
