So lucky that this little trail is walking distance from our cottage. Rarely see another person, and no road noise or glimpses of houses or buildings through the trees (other than a few old hunting blinds). A perfect place to hike with my dog for an hour, and some surprisingly challenging hills! Can’t wait to see how the habitat restoration goes!
This is not a trail for the faint of heart. Nothing but steep hills and the trails aren’t clearly marked so we ended up getting lost accidentally following a game trail. Nice piece of quiet wilderness though!
Absolutely a beautiful hike. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a shorter distance hike.
Nice trails but haven’t been maintained for awhile.
Beautiful area! Only one path well marked so far but otherwise great little morning hike.
