If you’re searching for a dog park in Howard, Wisconsin, Howard Dog Park #2 offers a small, quiet spot perfect for dog owners seeking a more secluded experience. Nestled behind local apartments and high on a hill, the park typically stays less muddy than other nearby options. It’s praised for its cleanliness and well-maintained grassy area, although it is on the smaller side compared to other parks in the area.
This pet-friendly park is directly connected to walking and hiking trails, making it a great stop for dog-friendly walks or to let your canine companion have some off-leash time in the fenced area. Wheelchair accessible entrances and street parking nearby add to its convenience. Though the park doesn’t provide water fountains or a separate small dog area, its quiet atmosphere makes it ideal for one-on-one doggie play dates or a quick off-leash break during your walk.

Smaller dog park behind the apartments. Because it’s high and on a hill, it’s usually less muddy and the grass is in better shape thnearby options.

This is a pretty sad dog park. Tiny, no trail around it. At least it was clean. It seems like there is enough space on the map for it to have been bigger and greener. Also no water Spicket.
Nice little dog park connected to lots of walking paths. Park on street to walk up to entrance.
