The park itself is nice and somewhat clean. It’s got quite a few amenities. Playgrounds, volleyball courts, basketball, horseshoes and more. The reason for the 3 star rating is because each time I’ve been there, it’s been loud with kids screaming and the vulgar language and comments they use. If it was a one time thing, it would have received a better rating. But the neighborhood kids are who they are and it was a repeat occurrence, so the 3 star rating holds firm.

Very nice location for the outdoor concert held this evening. It has a playground and a wide sidewalk surrounding the park.

My first time visiting here was today for Howard City’s 150 year anniversary and their Bark in the Park event.
I live over an hour away, but I wanted to celebrate with them and take my dogs here to check it out.
Even though it was a very hot day, there are plenty of picnic tables and lots of places to sit in the shade.
It’s a pretty good size park with lots of trees and a playground for the kids.
Even though I doubt I will ever visit it again, I’m glad I had the chance to check it out.
If I lived closer it would definitely be a place I would visit often.
If you live in the area or even close by and haven’t been there yet, I would recommend checking it out.
