This park is not just beautiful but amazing! They have everything a kid could dream of in a park. Very clean, and well made. Restrooms are very clean as well. The only bad thing is to find a parking spot available.

This is a great park. There’s something for everyone here. The conservancy and Japanese gardens are stunning. Fantastic playgrounds and picnic areas. The train is NULL and is hop off, hop on all day. The zoo is an additional cost but worth it. Paddle boats are available to rent, as well. This is easily an all day destination that is worth the time.

The commons playground at Hermann Park is so lovely. There are plenty of things for children to stay entertained and active. There is a water park side where children can play in the sand and pump water throughout a system. It’s both fun and a learning adventure. The other side as seen in a few photos I took has lots of slides and climbing areas. As an adult I kept wandering around, climbing on areas meant for both adults and kids to climb/hike. It was fun being able to join my God children.
There are also several very well maintained individual bathroom stalls on both sides of the playground. And not too far from there is a nice cafe. If you wanted to you could spend all day at this park and never get bored.

I absolutely love Memorial Hermann parks — they’ve become one of our favorite places to spend time as a family. The splash pads are amazing — big, clean, and perfect for cooling off on hot days. There’s so much space for kids to run, play, and explore, and the water features keep them entertained for hours. It’s such a gem, especially if you have little ones. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven’t already!
